Alyssa sent Sammy Kay a new dress

After dinner tonight Samantha said she wanted to go for a walk around the block but we told her it was to cold to walk so she said "lets go in the car then" silly girl!

very pretty and super comfortable dress

it's funny where you end up playing with the kids (the kitchen floor) and Sam really was into the camera tonight. I bet we took 30 pictures!

Daddys girls!

Mommy and Sammy!

daddy gave the girls baths tonight, well he pretty much always does but Sam wanted me to wash her tonight. After she got all dried off she put her new dress back on...I think she will be sleeping it tonight after she watches a half hour of her new favorite movie "Mary Poppins"

On another note: POTTY TRAINING continues... She does so well going #2 for about 3 days then she decides she doesnt want to anymore so she goes about 5 or 6 days of accidents in her panties, I am refusing to do the diaper thing again so I am dealing with these accidents. I do send her to Debbies with pullups though but I did break down today and made her wear a pull up to our playgroup which was a good thing I did because she poo'd there! Last night I bought these really neat Cinderella stickers at the Dollar Store (my favorite store, I get to shop and not break the bank) so now I am back to the reward system and it worked, tonight she pooped in the potty so she got a sticker! She had to show both me and her dad the poo too, she was very proud!

Freaky long tongue

Lately Cj has been sticking her tongue out a lot. It is freaky long and skinny.

she's super adorable!

Sydney

what the Dad does in his free time

online poker!

Sydneys first haircut

My good friend Michelle came over with her two kids Jackson and Brooke. Brooke is 4 days younger then the twins and Jackson will be 3 on Weds. The kids played mostly outside but the twins were on weird nap schedules so they were never up at the same time until the very end when I had to wake Syd up from her nap so Michelle could cut it. Michelle has been cutting my hair since I moved down here in 1993 and I wouldnt let any one but her cut my kiddos hair!

no more hair in her eyes...what a cutie!

Long night

Sydney didnt sleep to well last night. She woke up at 2:28, I went in and replugged her and got her all comfy but she kept crying. I was letting her cry it out but Jon cant stand it so at 2:40 she joined us in our bed. She started fussin again at 6 so I tried to snuggle her back to sleep, Jon made a bottle at 6:40 still no sleep so Jon got up with her. She was pretty fussy all morning but then she took her nap while I was getting breakfast ready.

Sam got her all bundled up w her blankie and she slept like this for a half hour and woke up happy as can be. Ate her breakfast and was good to play...let's hope she stays that way!

Festival day

This morning I packed up the girls and met Julie and her kids at a church festival in Dublin. We had a lot of fun. The twins were in a crawling race which was really cute. It was a photo finish with Courtney and this little boy named Mason but Cj lost. It was so funny because the way the kids were lined up (there were about 10 of them) Most people had two adults one on each side so I sent Sam to the other side to call for her sisters. I put them down and ran to the other side with Sam to call for the girls to crawl to us. This lady about 5 to the right of us had a rattle that Courtney thought was really cool and she took off horizontally so if the lady would have been next to me Cj would have totally would won! Syd just sat there next to Dominic and laughed. Too cute!

Sam didnt really get the concept of the football toss!

Musical chairs with Taylor

Taylor won but right after I took the picture Sam ran over to the chair on the wall and sat in it so she got a prize too!

All the girls fell asleep on the drive home , Syd and Cj transfered to their beds but Sam stayed in the car, and they all slept great. We had to wake Cj up because she was still sleeping at 515 and we had the Greek Festival to go to still. Jon loves Gyros. We got there late so the dining room area that served the big dinners was closed but they still had some food so Jon got his gyros and I got some cheese pastery thing and a salad while we were great parents and let Sam have Greek donuts (taste jsut like french toast) Sam loved watching the dancing. She wanted to dance but neither Jon nor I wanted too so we comprimised and we all danced when we got home. It was a lot of fun and Syd and Cj got into it too.
