Sam has been asking to paint for along time. I am really bad at letting her cuz its such a pain to clean up. It was a cold rainy day so I thought what the heck. It had been so long that the paint had gooed all up so I had to fill the jars up again! She had a ton of fun painting her box that she made at the home show we went to this summer. I guess I should let her do it more often! I should let the twins do it but oh the mess X 3...

5 years

Yesterday was our anniversary. We sure got a lot accomplished in 5 years! Namy and Papa came over and watched the kiddos while we went on a date. First we went to sushi at this place called Koi. It was really good we will definetly be going back again. They have a different roll for each state. Last night we had CN,OK & AZ. Then we went to the hockey game! We got awesome seats through stubhub 3 row right behind the goalie...just wish the game would have been a blow out the other way around. The Coyotes lost 2-7 to he Carolina Hurricanes. (2-7 was our anniversary date though)

Sam was invited to a classmates birthday party on Saturday afternoon. It was so fun to see her with her firends. There were 5 kids total fromher class and they all were so cute together. They ran up and huged eachother everytime a new kid came.

itty bitty sports- GOLF

Today at the Y's itty bitty sprts we played GOLF. Sydney once again didnt want to participate at all and jsut ran around the field.

First they do excercises...

then they do a run around the field. Thats Courtney on the far right. Samantha is running beside the coach so you cant see her.

The girls love feeding Barley. Since Sydney is usually the first one up she gets to do it by herself which she thinks is fabulous (even though you cant tell by this picture) At dinner a lot of time they each get to put just a little bit in the bowl.

the drive home

Yesterday drove 1221 miles. The distance between Jons sisters house in Humble, TX and ours. We left her house at 11:15 am and rolled in at 4:40 am. Jon did most of the driving with the exception of maybe 300 miles where I drove. It was a very uneventful trip. We didnt make any stops except for bathroom breaks. we ate in the car even. The twins napped at different times so we didnt want to stop and wake one just so they could run around. They didnt seem to mind at all. They watched about 10 movies! It sure was nice to be home...but Sydney wouldnt let me sleep in my bed this morning so I slept with her. We just took it real easy today and watched the superbowl. (recorded) My dad came and dropped Namy off and he took Sam to gymnastics. They spent the afternoon together. Then Kim came and got Syd and Sam (Courtney was still sleeping) and took them to the park. Here's my view of Jon yesterday....
