bee sting
Poor Sydney got stung by a bee right between her eyes today. We were down at the beach and she wanted to go back up. I was trying to get Courtney to go along with the idea but she wasnt being cooperative. All of a sudden Syd started drying and rubbing her both her eyes. I couldnt figure out what was going on. I finally just had to drag Court to come with us back. by the time I got to Jills condo her face was swelling up. She had some bee sting ointment that is suppose to make it stop itching. my parents ended up taking them both on a car ride and got some childrens benedryl for her. A nice long nap too but that was before the benedryl. It kinda jsut made her loopy but did take the swelling down a bit! She so doesnt look like herself with the swollen nose. Little trooper!

watercrafts
My cousin Sarah has some fun stuff...the cabin being the "funnest" but the kayaks and paddleboards are running a close second! Wyatt and Dawson loved giving the girls rides. The girls had a blast! And the paddle board is a great work out!

I figured out how to stand on it...and I dint fall in!
what a great way to watch the sunset!

Bellingham Bells
we went to the Bellingham Bells baseball game on Saturday night. we decided to go that night since it was firework night and everybody loves a good fireworks show. We should have gone on Friday night though because that was the night that Mitch ended up pitching and he struck out 8 players! what a stud.
A little slice of Heaven
We got out to Birch Bay Friday afternoon. After unloading and relaxing I ventured to the beach with the girls myself. Its right across the street from the cabin but its kinda nerve wracking with these big rocks they loved to climb on..at first I was oh what a great background for pictures but then I realized they were climbing all over them. They are good little climbers but to scary for just me so I made them get off which none were happy about! We threw rocks in the water for a long time. I tried to teach Sam how to skip a rock and she was very bummed that she couldnt figure it out. I'll give her a A for effort though! The girls thought it was fun though finding round flat rocks. After Sydney fell in the water we headed back for showers.
