Gingerbread cookies

Last night we made the dough for our gingerbread cookies. The recipe said we had to put it in the fridge for a few hours to harden up I guess. So while the babies were napping Sam and I rolled out the cookie dough and made gingerbread men, canes, Christmas trees and stars. We waited until the babies (I know they are two now and technically not babies but I'll always call them my babies) woke to frost them...what a messy fun time they all had. I think Syd ate more frosting then all of them. I kept catching her licking her knife!

Birthday presents

Samantha picked out a little people horse and carriage with a princess and also the prince and a frog for the girls. She had a lot of fun playing with it while they where napping this afternoon. The girls love it too!

Auntie Rhonda sent these pretty dresses for the girls birthday...Sydney was mad that I helped put it on her she had to take it off and put it on herself! Even if it is inside out!

Auntie Leah and Uncle Lex sent a box full of rubber duckies! They love them, they are already all over the house!

Tonight they had one of there favorite meals for dinner...breakfast! Banana blueberry pancakes , bacon and scrambled eggs! They gobbled it down! Jon had to go to NC this morning and wont be back until Saturday afternoon so we are throwing a little party Sunday after my folks land.
