Ludtke Ludke Luedke reunion

Every three years my dads dad (Grandpa Fred) families get together for a big reunion. Gpa Fred had 7 brothers and sisters (each get a color - Freds family is blue) When they came over from Germany they all came at different times and each of them said their name differently so hence Ludtke, Luedke and Ludke. They all have passed away but their kids and grandkids keep the tradition going. We switch off from having it in Deming and Squim WA. This year it was in Deming. We were a little scared since the forecast was for rain but thankfully it didnt rain. Fun was had by all. It was so much fun watching the kids play with all their 1st 2nd 3rd 4th cousins!

this is what Courtneys face looked liked throughout the whole weekend (vacation)

The girls first camp out. They loved sleeping in the tent. Dad found a tent at "deals only" for cheap and it had two rooms so it was perfect...we put the girls down and then when Jon and I came in later we didnt have to crawl around the girls!

Sydney loved her cotton candy
She was gone for about a half hour. We knew she was off with one of her cousins but we thought we should go check on her. She found the cotton candy machine and just sat next to it until someone gave her some!

Yummy candy!
