We spent Weds August 28- Tuesday Sept 4 in a fun cozy little cabin my cousin Sarah has out in Birch Bay. The weather wasnt the best and the tide wasnt out but we made the most of it! It's the beginning of a tradition I hope to keep. I am planning on comin g to WA every summer for 3 to 4 weeks and one week will be spent out at the bay. I'll just have ot look at the tide charts and make sure we are there when low tides during the day! It was the first 2 days so we got one day but the second day it was rainy!
Midge has this neat little table that is perfect for the little girls. Dawson, Courtney, Sydney, Wyatt & Samantha.
This is the first day we were there. Cj wanted out so bad. We played in the yard for a long time. We made ourselves very comfortable as you can see by all the toys everywhere.
It isnt a beach house until you have beer!
Jim and Jill got a new tv which meant the kids got a new house! Lots of enjoyment is had with a cardboard box!
That chair was the twins favorite. They can now pull themselves up...ugh! that means they will be walking soon!!

They loved going for walks but they sure wanted to get out.
Sam loved being in the water, near the water or just looking at the water!
Morning time at the cabin! Syd always woke up around 4 and wanted me to snuggle her. So of course I gave in...her smile at that hour just melts me! But I sure wish she'd sleep through the night like her sisters!
Gina Walsh came out on Saturday and brought 2 of her girls Stella and Izzy. They had so much fun...we were hoping the tide was going to go out but like I said above it didnt so we just went for a nice walk along the water and the girls had a lot of fun. The twins stayed w Namy and Papa.

We tried a bunch of times to get a picture of all the girls and this was the best one out of the dozen or so we took. Cj has turned into my little ham and is always looking at the camera usually smiling jsut like Sam was at that age!

Sam decided that the couch is the place to sleep! She slept there 2 nights and now that we are back a Namy and Papas she wants to sleep on their couch too. Whatever will get her to go to sleep!

Sam played football with John Dawson he's three and loves Football. I over heard him asking Wyatt to play football with him and he said "It's really fun, you get to wear these helmets and tackle people!" It was so cute. He also wears his boots on the wrong feet because according to him "footballers wear them that way"
Her dad would be so proud...to bad he didnt have a viking helmet for her to wear! They ran around for a long time and played!
This was Sunday night and the gilrs plus John played outside for along time. They played this game where they would hold eachothers hands and go around in cirlcles really fastthey all were laughing and jsut having fun. reminded me of my time in this very same yard when I was there age!
